I hold other loved sleep. i can sleep through my alarm, ect. Is here something wrong?

Since i was a child i own always loved to sleep. I habitually sleep over my alarm no thing how loud it is. I hate wake up early. Sometimes its complex for my to fall asleep, but once i do i'm out for the hours of darkness, i never wake up to use the restroom. I really don't enjoy a lot of verve after work i come home and i'm pretty tired. My boyfriend has other been concerned roughly this, it really hasn't ever phased me because i figured it's basically my persona. I've never gone to a doctor or anything but I do sometimes wonder if there is something wrong near me.I hold other loved sleep. i can sleep through my alarm, ect. Is here something wrong?
Oversleeping is as unhealthy as under-sleeping. At the risk of sounding "shrinkish," sleep is sometimes used as a defense moving parts or to escape from unhappiness or something unpleasant. You mentioned developing this sleep model as a child. Could there be something contained by your childhood experiences that needs attention? A consultation near a therapist may prove compliant. On the other hand, sometimes sleep pattern are just traditions. Habitual behaviors can be changed with endeavour. Your lack of gusto may be a side effect of oversleeping. Check with your doctor to rule out a medical condition that may be impacting your vim level. If no medical problem is found, initiate an exercise program. Start slowly and increase to something like an hour a day. It will probably give the impression of being difficult at first, but persist and your force level will probably increase and your sleep shape normalize.
I too enjoy sleeping. It's kinda startling but I can comfortably sleep for 12 hours without any problems. I've slept for as much as 18 hours within a day.
