Flour will stop the bleeding. You'll want to wash it out and put verbs bandages on it. Drown it within neosporin and if it starts to get infected or red and puffy stir to the doctor! They are the most awesome people ever! :)
Hold pressure on it for 10 minutes. If it's still bleeding, you probably have need of stiches.

get a cloth, towel or weekly towel and place it directly on the cut. apply lots of pressure for about 10 minutes or so.
it will more than promising bleed some more due to the area contained by which the cut is located.
Unremoved pressure with verbs or sterile gauze is probably the best remedy. If you can wrap an Ace bandage around that gauze that would be appropriate. Don't worry going on for infection right now. Bleeding is taking the infection out near it. Once you wrap your knee and it seem under control, jump to ER. They will do what needs to be done.
