Could possibly be your sinuses. Pressure from them can cause distress that feels freshly like a toothache from hell, making it tricky to even talk at times. Also, if its your sinuses everything will be simply fine at the dentist.
Only solution to that would be find a way to relieve some of the pressure, similar to taking some sinus pills that relieve the pressure.

Sounds close to your nerves are firing. Have you been to your primary carefulness physician? If not, you should probably go so that he/she can distribute you to a specialist.
Could be your heart. Check with your ethnic group physician.
it may be your wisdom teeth coming contained by. it causes your teeth to shift to take home room for the new tooth as it slices your gums, this is amazingly painful, I of late went through it. If not that you may enjoy an infection.
Are you stressed out? Do you grind your teeth in your sleep? Is your d¨|colletage sore?
There may be tight muscles in your collar and jaw that are cause your pain. Ask your doctor to recommend d¨|colletage and jaw stretches for you. There are a wide open variety of stretches for the different muscles. If your doctor can't recommend any, ask for a referral to a physical analyst or someone who can.
In the meantime, you can stretch your neck yourself by bending you herald to each side and looking up and down.
