I hold achilles tendinitis?

how long will it take to achieve better ? I been still for 3 weeks, I play tennis, I'm 36 yrs old
can ultrasound show how fruitless my tendon is? since I can't own MRI's (I have a pacemaker)
I be doing stretches, very slow, as my doctor showed me, I've be using heels, I took antiinflamatory drugs, and put ice on the muscle.
Don't know what else to do, and if it still hurts (not as bad as 3 weeks ago) is it conventional?I hold achilles tendinitis?
Achilles tendonitis can be very devastating. On average, it can take a few weeks to achieve better. You're doing all the right things, but since nil is improving - I'd suggest totalling a temporary time within a walking boot and putting your heel lift in in attendance. It's also a good thought to get a referral to a physical consultant. They have the cool tools to support with inflammation and terminate the pain. You also should be evaluated for an orthotic which can assist support your foot and ankle so you don't get tendonitis surrounded by the future. It's doing very well, but you could try adding these few things and you should know how to get spinal column soon. Good luck!
