It could be a kidney stone, I had them up to that time. If it keeps up move about to the doctor so they can help you. Good luck hope you get the impression better!!

Ignore the smart comments and progress see a Doctor. Nobody is going to be able to diagnose your problem on these page. There are lots of experts here but they're not that good.
Most relatives I know that have have kidney stones have complained just about pain contained by their back but everyone react differently to things.
You didn't say which side which might head to more speculation or better guesses :) but my first thought was possible brass neck bladder problems.
You do need to see the doctor and consent to them diagnose this so the problem won't get worse. I've posted a couple of sites for you to read but still budge to your doctor to be sure it isn't something else.
