I have a hip replacement done contained by a VA hospital and they messed up the nerves surrounded by my leg in a minute my foot is purely?

hanging in attendance and i have drop foot and sledge hammer toe.I also have to wear a toe and a leg brace they utter maybe for the rest of my life span.I was fine when i go to sleep and i wake up crippled, Can i sue the hospital or doctor for messing me up?I have a hip replacement done contained by a VA hospital and they messed up the nerves surrounded by my leg in a minute my foot is purely?
I'm afraid that you are out of luck. It would be sturdy to sue any doctor in this situation, but beside your surgery being at the VA you will not be capable of sue. You can however see the patients advocate at the hospital and emergency the best treatment and that everything be done to repair the nerve ruin that has dropped your foot. I don't believe that sledge hammer toe came from your surgery did it?? Anyway, they should at most minuscule send you to a neurologist or a neurotherapist to help out repair your problem.

I suggest you consult an attorney. and see a non VA physician for accurate and nonbiased evaluation and documentation of your debility. The attorney will advise you of whether or not you will be capable of sue for compensation. I wish you luck because from close experience it is thoroughly difficult to sue the VA for anything.
