I have a minor verbs contained by a muscle, how long will it pinch for it to get better?

I pulled it when doing the long jump. I could do a muted jog in need the pain. What should I do to gross it back to regular. Not running is an option, because I am doing a cross country military camp. If I stretch and ice it, will it be final to normal??I have a minor verbs contained by a muscle, how long will it pinch for it to get better?
Unfortunately, it take a long time for a muscle to heal - longer than bones. At smallest 6 months. Icing and stretching it will help beside the pain, and the rime will numb it, but it won't heal any faster. Also, it have to heal on it's own. Sorry...
if you stay bad of it.
it will heal faster.
try icing it and trying to relax that muscle as much as possible.
flawless luck.
i hope that helped.
Depending on how impossible it is, anywhere from a week to a few months. eating a diet elevated in protein will backing it heal faster because protein builds and strengthens muscle. Ice can in truth be bad for muscle injuries, because it tightens up the muscle temporarily and make it a lot easier to re-injure. (thats why they say aloud not to stretch cold muscles.) ice will aid with the headache, but it isn't good for your leg. Stretching should help out, but go flowing on the running if you can, don't over do it. stick to a light run for a day or so. I acquire that you're at a cross country camp, but the end thing you want to do is re-injure it since the actual season starts. the camp should hold an athletic trainer who can tell you what stretches you should do and what is best for it. Hope this help!
