It's that time of the month (probably didn't wanna know that) ...does that cause headache though?I hold a headache?
i work for a neurologist -- and ALOT of women come in for menstrual related migraines. menstrual migraines are primarily cause by estrogen. when the levels of estrogen and progesterone rework, women become more vulnerable to headache.
if you're able to maintain a headache diary for 3 months and then see a doctor it would be constructive. there is a VERY upright medication called "frova" that is to say for these migraines and it is aimed to stop the headache before it even starts.
Yeah, I forgot why.
But you can really associate anything humiliated with that time of the month.
