Maybe cos lack of appetite and removal of food?I hold a niggle above my right eye and it isnt a headache. Just get over chest infection and not intake?

Sounds close to blocked sinuses - a week and all your symptoms will be gone - a cold can impact masses areas of the body and linger on.
Yeah it's probably get to do with your food and drink intake. I go to the docs with a suspected Kidney infection and also have a bad headache above one of my eyes. I got antibiotics for the kidney infection, but for the spasm in my cranium he told me to drink more water which i thought be a bit silly, but i did and the pain go away. My advice would be to drink plenty of wet and see if this helps. Strange but it worked for me.
I grasp what I call eye ache when my sinsus get infected due to allergies or colds.

Could be dehydration or because your not intake. When my blood sugar gets low I draw from headaches. But it could also be your sinuses. Press on your eyebrow if it hurts approaching hell it's your sinuses. Inhale steam and put a hot flannel on your head x
The chest infection you have might have moved up to the sinuses ---- try inhaling steam from a bowl of hot wet --with a towel over your head -- if the affliction eases you could hold acute sinusitis -- a nasal spray helps the steam to saturate.
