Is there anything I can do minus consulting a professional?I hold a mesh within my d¨|colletage, I can't even turn my cranium to the right in need torment. ...?
Rarely will a professional be able to lend a hand. Aid your body to heal itself.
If you didn't injure it, it's most possible stress. If you have muscle stiffness alot, or trouble sleeping, you need to swot relaxation techniques. Look up Dr. John Sarno and Type A personallity. I have type A for 10 years. When I learned how to control it, the muscle problems go away.
Try this. Tense and release the whole nouns. 5 seconds tensed, 40 second released. Do this a few times an hour.
Like the others said, heat is willing. Also, Epsom salt baths.
Drink 10 eyeglasses of water a afternoon.
Try a heat pack and a muscle relaxer if you own one. You can buy the heat pack at walgreens, you just pop them surrounded by the microwave for 2min. and the moist heat help a lot. If you dont own a muscle relaxor try a glass of wine and purely try to take it natural for a day or so and it should travel away. Trust me, I have lots of d¨|colletage issues.
Apply something cold to the area
Try some topical analgesic rub, resembling Theragesic, Icy Hot, Aspercreme (yes that contains aspirin). If the pain stays for more than a couple of days see a doctor.
I own fibromyalgia and get lots of knot in my muscles. For me Theragesic works best. Feel better!
