I hold a strain contained by my shoulder that get easier and easier to trigger over time. What could it be?

For a little circumstance to help you make out how this came just about, I played organized baseball for several years until my late teens. I never notice problems until after I started working out regularly in my untimely 20s, when throwing a softball or doing certain weightlifting exercises would wreak a slight pain surrounded by my shoulder to flare up and it would get worse if I continued the exercise. The twinge wasn't that bad but it other lasted several days, and it's just my right shoulder.
Fast-forward to now and I'm 25, and the strain has at a snail`s pace gotten easier to set off and the aching is getting stronger. The pain isn't beyond the pale, but it's bad plenty to prevent me from doing certain goings-on. For example it's hurting right now because I be playing Nintendo Wii yesterday. Basically anything that puts stress on my shoulder's upper range of motion have a good opening of tweaking it, which makes it knotty to avoid.
I'm thinking some minor tear is the problem. If so how can I fix it?I hold a strain contained by my shoulder that get easier and easier to trigger over time. What could it be?
It could be a rotator cuff shred, or it could be an inflammed bursis. Either one can be treated, but a rotator cuff requires surgery and can be diagnosed by ultrasound scan. A bursis can be drained or injected with cortizone.. I have this and it continued for three years. Then I dislocated my shoulder and it went away (no dull pain now for two years). Not a recommended treatment, but for me it must hold been a bursis inflamation and I probably "burst the bursis" and allowed it to drain on it's own.
hi rather often collar pain can do trouble in shoulder and if you do dream up there is possibly a tear or injury best entity i suggest would be to visit your gp who can referr you for an xray a bit than worry what problem could be ?its mibbe repetative strain over the years.
