I own a strain surrounded by the middle of my chest,which is v sore when i cough, sneeze or bend.?

could be a muscle spasm, costochondritis, a pulled muscle or a host of other things.
However, whenever ANYTHING give you pain contained by the chest, you should go IMMEDIATLEY to the ER or a doctor. That's where on earth the most important parts of the body, except the brain, are.
Or you could linger until the autopsy and the coroner will find out what's causing your throbbing.
i usually get them, it's a muscle spasm inbetween your ribs. but the funny sensation within your leg is a bad sign, if it get worse or numbs i would go to hospital!! try takin a aspirin rite immediately incase its somethink serious.
best go see a medical meat, get it checked out.

I have something like that a few months ago and the doctor said i have puuled the muscle in between my ribs,it REALLY REALLY hurt,not sure just about the leg,u could be getting varicose viens,but i really would go see a quack,theres not alot they can do,but its better that you know
