I own a herniated disc within my nouns, I don't want to own surgery.?

I have numbness surrounded by my right arm migrains and shoulder pain. I don't similar to to take throbbing pills or muscle relaxers. I've done that they don't help to much. I hold done accupunture and it helps some. Does anyone know of any other alternatives that might abet.I own a herniated disc within my nouns, I don't want to own surgery.?
