I enjoy these two bumps on my forehead and when i move my eyebrows or touch it its hurts REALLY BAD?
They are probably cystic acne, which is just a whitehead i.e. trapped beneath the skin. They feel close to a knot below the skin. Avoid touching them and apply an acne cream and they'll go away on their own.
However, if these are bumps from hitting your go before on something, apply an ice pack to minimize swelling and thieve a pain reliever.
zits? big underground ones? did this lately happen? did you hit your chief?
