I hold runners knees.. i'm have profoundly of affliction next to one knees right immediately.. i haven't run or worn heels...

but it hurts so badly for no adjectives reason.. why could it be hurting? i've have it for 4 years now... what can i do to keep hold of it from hurting for no reason... could the changeable weather we're having be cause it to hurt for no reason?I hold runners knees.. i'm have profoundly of affliction next to one knees right immediately.. i haven't run or worn heels...
