I hear just now that "stretching" in the past or after exercise is bleak?

anyone else hear about this? What is your assessment ? thanks for any input :>I hear just now that "stretching" in the past or after exercise is bleak?
There are other going to be stories about whether to stretch and how to stretch. It is other good to stretch since and after training. You should warm up for a while, maybe run or walk for 8 to 10 minutes back stretching so you have apposite blood flow in the muscles and do not stretch when the muscles are cold. After training you should cool down beside another walk or hurry and then stretch, because training will shorten the muscles and while they are still heat you can stretch them back into their ordinary range. Do not over stretch. That is, do not try to craft the muscles too long, just stretch assured.
NEITHER IS RIGHT..
STRETCHING OPENS YOUR MUSCLE WHICH IS TIGHT.
SO YOU LOOSEN THEM UP.
SO WHAT IDIOT SAID THIS..
BEST
thats a load of siht, as long as you do it proplerly it is angelic for you!
