I hurt my wrist around a few weeks ago?

a few weeks ago i got hit next to the soccer ball during practice and it bent my wrist it the oppisite direction. its be sore and i cant put any sort of weight on it. it also hurts when i rotate it. what should i do, purely ice it or what?I hurt my wrist around a few weeks ago?
RICE.
Rest, Ice, compress, elevate.
Most predictable a sprain strain. STretch it, within a cramp free range of motion. Sprain/strains can lug up to 8 weeks to fully heal.
elevate above the heart as much as possible and answer 1 is right RICE
