this morning i woke up with a really bleak pain on the side of my stomach? it be located on the lower right side. it wasn't a sharp pain fairly like a dull one. abet me please!I own stomach throbbing on side of stomach. support!?

Sounds resembling appendicitis. Get to a doctor or an emergency room if the pain get worse.
This could be a gallbladder problem or appendicitis. You will have to enjoy this checked out by a medical doctor.
For now avoid adjectives fats, fried foods, and alcohol. Eat as much fruit as possible and salads.
