it is better to ask your doctor directly, even just on the phone
we are adjectives just guessing, different people's soothing time is different
so don't take a providence
Ask your doctor. Thats what they are there for.
Wow, you hold gone through a lot! 5 weeks post-op it is already undisruptive for you to swim, as long as you don't over do it and exert too much effort.as long as your wounds enjoy healed, within is very little risk of infection from wet immersion from swimming. just nick it easy at first and don't step into deep sea just to be sure. its ordinary for you to feel a bit of stomach-ache from the post-operative site as a foreign body(the mesh) was vanished in in attendance, your body is still adjusting.it is well brought-up advice for you to avoid big, physical activities.when contained by doubt, it is still best to ask your surgeon when you can engage contained by moderate to heavy work or endeavours. hope this helps.
pass it a good month or so otherwise, your hernia will return
