Please sustain : DI own the WORST shin splints i own ever have HELP ME!?
Shin splints is likely due from a biomechanical problem that desires to be evaluated by your nearest podiatrist. I think the solution is to go and get some custom orthotics (inserts) which help support your foot which doesn't allow the ligament to be strained contained by your shin thereby taking away your shin splints. Yes, if you stop playing the shin splints will walk away but as soon as you play again, it'll come back. Definitely rest it up, but the switch here is to get some orthotics - it'll serve so much. Good luck!
Stop playing for at least a week! If you stop presently they should go away surrounded by a few days but your body needs rest. It probably wouldn't hurt to whip a calicum supplement too.
You could end up much worse playing on an injury close to that. If your team is a strong contengent squad that is doing prejudice in what ever league you might belong next keep playing, except then sit out the rest of the season. It will conspicuously heal quicker beside you not straining yourself like that
