I hurt my posterior, I'm getting it checked out tomarrow so please don't communicate me to obtain it checked out. I will.

Until then, of late so I can make it throughout the hours of darkness, should I use an ice pack or heat pad on it? Because I don't own a heat pad, and I'm not going to dance buy one. So, will it be okay to use the ice pack? It's surrounded by my shoulder blade and neck nouns on my right side! ThanksI hurt my posterior, I'm getting it checked out tomarrow so please don't communicate me to obtain it checked out. I will.
They generally report to you to alternate the heat and cold. The fry reduces the spasm and the rime pack reduces inflammation. Since you don't own a heating wipe, just move about with the rime for now and consider taking a heat bath.
if there's swelling, it would be a penetrating idea to apply rime.
yea
put a pillow behind your support in the middle see will that relieve you.
heat would probably support more than ice. In a pinch you can put underdone rice in a sock and microwave it for 45 second or so. It smells a bit but it'll stay warm for a accurate while, also some advil wouldn't hurt Hope this helps!
Use rime. Heat would cause swelling, it could promote bleeding.
all1gator have the best answer.
ice is best for an acute injury the first time or so.and then roast. or a combination of heat and rime..
An ice pack will back with any swelling that may be present. You should cover the nouns with a towel and after put the ice pack on it for nearly 15 to 20 minutes and then remove the rime and let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes and next put the pack back on.
Do you own a hot water bottle or something that you can gain some heat out of? I would suggest after icing it down for going on for an hour, put heat on it. Also, if you enjoy some Advil (ibruprofen) or Aleve (naproxen) I would take that to relief with the backache.
You are going to have an mortified night. I'm glad you are going to see a doctor.
