I hold problems wake up even though ive have 10 hours of sleep! back!?

I go to sleep at around 6:00am every darkness and i want to wake up at 2:00pm but i merely cant get up and when my alarm go off i in recent times turn it off and save on snoozing.
How can i handle it so i can wake up up with no problem and stay awake??I hold problems wake up even though ive have 10 hours of sleep! back!?
You might be sleeping too long. Also, your brain have R.E.M. sleep patterns. That is the time you dream and your body truly rests. A normal R.E.M. cycle is 90 minutes at which point your brain wake up slightly and checks to see if you can go backbone to sleep or wake up. That is why lacking an alarm during the weekends you can wake up fear very rejuvenated. Try to time your sleep to coincide with this 90 minute cycle. Also, avoid caffeine and alcohol as these will ruin your bodies organic sleep cycle, especially alcohol.
hope you dont sleep on a sofa or something not very comfortable, cuz thats the solely way it happen to me.
or maybe you arent so used to the unnatural timings like this.
I suggest your sleeping way to much. Try sleeping pills for a week to seize you asleep by 10pm and wake up fresh by 6am. Sounds unyielding but in a week your body will know the routine. Goodnight zzzzz.
I other have this problem after sleeping for long amounts of time! Take a cold shower IMMEDIATELY after wake up.
What's strange is the less I sleep, the more awake I am. That's because if you sleep longer, your body get used to the rest and has to bring back used to being awake again. Maybe don't sleep as much?

Do as usual people hold done.Sleeping so early and wake so early,unless yourself is a drawer5 or a surgeon on duty.People usually wake up at the sunrise and sleep up to that time midnight.
