I own tendonitis within both my achillies, its existing prickly what can I do to oblige?
Ice, warm up powerfully, try not to put strain on them. Do not sprint or jump. Usually tendinitis aching eases after warm up and hurts again after working out. Taking an anti inflammatory can help, but since circulation is controlled to tendons their healing time can be long. Gentle stretching after working out can comfort.
i have tendonitis surrounded by my knees. i was told an antiinflamitory approaching aleve, wear a brace, and heat and rime. also, any excercise that will strengthen the surrounding muscles without cause further injury.
