Yes, they helped me. But not for too long. a short time ago a few weeks, but when it hurts bad satisfactory, getting a few days of relief is something.
Definitley, my grandpa have that done and it helps in fact move again. The downside is once you get it y=our gonna wanna measure out alotta money to get it done again wen it wear of, unless your insurance covers you. Good luck!

My father was competent to put off surgery for several years that method. Everyone's different. If your insurance covers it I'd say it's worth a try.
